Emergency drainage repairs Record-breaking rainfall in the spring and summer of 2023 stressed Littleton’s stormwater infrastructure, causing several aging corrugated metal pipes to collapse.Crews are hard at work replacing failed metal pipes with larger reinforced concrete pipes, which will increase durability and resilience.
City ADA Transition Plan The City of Littleton has been evaluating the accessibility of the public right-of-way and city-owned facilities. This effort has culminated in the creation of draft transition plan describing how the city will achieve compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA, 1990).
Mineral Mobility East Improvements Implementation of enhancements and modifications to sidewalk, trail, street crossings, and intersections to improve safety and connectivity for pedestrians and bicyclists to the RTD Mineral Light Rail Station. Improvements will be along Mineral Avenue from Windermere Street to Jackass Hill Road, Mineral Avenue Trail, and Jackass Hill Road.
