Our partnerships were created to amplify the total services individuals can take advantage of to find their desired place of work and quality employees. Our team works diligently to connect you with free to low-cost services such as:

Arapahoe/ Douglas Works!

• Sponsored training programs use the Maximizing Area Talent for Competitive Hires (M.A.T.C.H.) program to provide candidates that are appropriate for the company’s available positions. M.A.T.C.H. pre-screens eligible and qualified candidates that match your hiring needs. This Work-Based Learning Program can save employers up to $6,000 per hire. Sponsored Training Programs include the Work Experience Program, On-the-Job (OJT) Training, and Registered Apprenticeships. To learn more, visit Arapahoe/Douglas Works!
• Arapahoe/ Douglas Works! also has many workshops and events throughout each month suited for both employees and employers. 
• The Skillful Job Posting Generator can help businesses make a job posting that focuses on relatable skills. 
• A/D Works! offers free career assessments and resume builder services through EMSI Career Coach. 

Small Business Administration (SBA)

• The Small Business Administration offers free Learning Center courses for each stage of creating and maintaining a business.
• Ascent is free online learning platform specifically designed to help women entrepreneurs elevate their business. It includes exercises, videos, insights, and much more.
• Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) Program provides business services to transitioning service members, veterans, and their spouses. This includes Boots to Business classes, workshops, etc.
• Women’s Business Center is a national network throughout the U.S. These centers were created to help those facing barriers in the industry.
• The U.S. Small Business Administration provides ample amounts of funding programs including loans, investment capital, disaster assistance, surety bonds, and grants.
• The SCORE Business Mentoring program helps those in their early stages of business development get connected with experts in the field.
