In April 2024, the Capital Improvement Sales Tax Committee (CISTC) was renamed the Capital Improvement Sales Tax Board (CISTB).
The Capital Improvement Sales Tax Board (CISTB) is an advisory board that provides input to city council on the use of revenues as a result of 2021 Ballot Issue 3A. This body will meet two times each year, in April and May, and will provide a report of funding use to city council at a study session in June of each year.
