Broadway at Lee Gulch Culvert Repair and Underpass The City of Littleton will replace a deteriorating 66” Corrugated Metal Pipe under Broadway to prevent road failure and flooding concerns. This culvert lies 30 feet below roadway surface and will require full replacement.
