Development Activity List

Welcome to the Development Activity List (DAL), a map-based tool which provides up-to-date, detailed, searchable information on larger-scale, longer term development activities in the city with data updated directly from the city’s building and permitting system, eTRAKiT. Note that not all development projects and permits are shown on the DAL map. If a project or permit doesn't appear at a location, try accessing that information by searching a specific address in our eTRAKiT system directly.

New technology and mapping tools have allowed for an exciting refresh of this important map on the city's website in 2026.

Development Activity List

While the previous version of the map was often difficult to use with many overlapping project locations, this newly rebuilt mapping application features an address or project search along with filters for project types. A simple map click or tap opens a results box that clearly lists all related projects for a parcel, as well as attached documents and upcoming neighborhood meetings, if applicable. There is a simplified mobile version for visitors using smartphones and tablets.

*Please be advised that inclusion on the Development Activity List map is at staff’s discretion, and the map is not intended to represent a comprehensive list of all active project and permit applications within the City of Littleton.

Archived Records

Archived records may be requested by using the Open Records Request Form(PDF, 325KB). The completed form must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office.
