The City of Littleton will be installing an extension of their existing sanitary sewer wastewater collection system into the Shadycroft Acres neighborhood. This extension will run the full length of Shadycroft Drive, from the intersection of South Rangeview Drive to South Windermere Street. It will also include the length of Graham Lane from the intersection of South Rangeview Drive to Shadycroft Drive. A map of the described sanitary sewer alignment can be seen on the attached figure.
The City has identified thirty-two properties within the Shadycroft Acres neighborhood that currently operate with existing septic sanitary sewer systems. With the installation of the new sanitary sewer, property owners will have the opportunity to connect to the new sanitary sewer main. The properties eligible for connection are also shown on the attached figure.
This project also provides an opportunity for The City to replace aged pavement and improve roadway design. The full extent of Shadycroft Drive and Graham Lane will be resurfaced after the completion of the sanitary sewer installation.

The project will require a dynamic partial road closure that will move along with the installation of the new sanitary sewer main. After installation of the sewer main, the roadway will be temporarily returned to existing grade with a drivable gravel surface until asphalt paving operations of the entire road surface are performed.
Construction is anticipated to take four months to be completed, starting in late 2025 and ending in the spring of 2026.
