Applications have now closed, and applicants will be notified of the outcome of their grant applications by mid-October.
The City of Littleton is thrilled to announce the recent awarding of a grant aimed at enhancing the city's urban canopy by providing free trees to residents in designated neighborhoods. Funded by the Colorado Tree Coalition, this initiative is part of a broader effort to improve environmental sustainability through tree equity efforts within the City of Littleton.
The grant will fund the distribution of trees to homeowners in neighborhoods identified as having low canopy coverage. Eligible areas are highlighted in orange in the map below:

Residents living in these designated areas are encouraged to apply for their free tree by filling out an application form.
Residents who are awarded a tree can choose between two delivery options: If planting assistance is requested, trees will be delivered and planted on October 15. If only delivery is needed, trees will be dropped off on October 16 or 17. You do not need to be present for the delivery.
