About the Program
Littleton Building Permit Center currently issues parking permits for all neighborhoods that have permit parking zone districts in the City of Littleton. Permits are issued at no cost to eligible residents.
Additional Information and Policy Reminders
The City of Littleton reserves the right to change the guidelines of the Neighborhood Parking Permit Program as warranted in efforts to streamline and improve the program.
Revocation
Permits may be revoked by the Traffic Analyst, Code Compliance, or Police Department if the holder of the permit fails to abide by any of the conditions of the permit or if the permit is not used for its intended purpose.
Exemptions
Utility, government, delivery and service vehicles, which are parked on the street while actively providing a service, or making a delivery to residential dwelling units within the district, are exempt from this regulation. Motorcycles shall be exempt from the requirements of this policy and may be parked within the zone district without displaying a valid parking permit.
Un-exempted vehicles parked within a parking permit zone without a valid parking permit (permanent sticker or hanging guest permit) may be subject to city parking violations.
