Open Rewards: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is the app free?

Yes, you can download the app and create a free account on Google Play or the App Store.

Am I required to provide my bank account information?

No, Open Rewards gives you two options to claim rewards. You can either link your bank account for automated rewards or you can upload a photo of the receipt as proof of purchase. 

How many rewards do I receive per purchase?

The rewards are currently set to 5% per purchase. If the percentage has changed, it will be displayed within the business information in the "Discovery" tab.

Is there a rewards purchasing cap?

Rewards are capped at a maximum of $50 per single purchase.

What do I do if I received an Open Rewards coupon?

voucher code redemption 1. Scan the QR code on the back of the coupon.
2. Download the add and create a free profile.
3. To redeem this coupon, click "Voucher Redemption," choose Littleton as your Select Community, and enter the voucher code.

Businesses do not accept this card. This card can only be redeemed through the app and contains no cash value. 

There is no current expiration date for the Open Rewards coupon codes. 

What businesses can participate in the program?

  • Locally Owned and Operated: Businesses must be locally owned and operated within Littleton.
  • Small, Non-Franchise Businesses: Only small, non-franchise businesses are eligible for participation.
  • Regional Presence for Multiple Locations (Colorado Only): Businesses with multiple locations must have all branches located within Colorado.
  • Retail-Based Companies: Companies with a retail sales component are eligible.

What businesses cannot participate in the program?

  • Franchises: Businesses associated with national franchises are not currently eligible.
  • Non-Local or Non-Small Businesses: Participation is limited to businesses that are both local and small in scale.
  • Multiple Locations Outside of Colorado: Businesses with multiple locations must have all branches located within Colorado.
  • Home-Based Businesses: Only businesses with physical brick-and-mortar locations are eligible at this time.
  • Subscription or Member-Based Companies: Businesses that operate on a subscription or membership-based model are not eligible.
  • Service-Based Companies: Service-based companies are not currently eligible. Including but not limited to:
    • Automotive sales and services
    • Digital services
    • Financial services
    • Real Estate services
    • Etc.

How can I register my business?

If you do not see your business listed in the app, email economicdev@littletongov.org or follow the steps on the following link: Add Your Business.

What do I do if I made a purchase at a participating business and it is not appearing in my apps transactions?

technical support For this issue, you will need to reach out to Technical Support via Bludot. Technical Support can be reached by clicking "Contact Support" in the Profiles tab. Simply enter your concern or question and press submit. A representative from Bludot will respond shortly.
