City of Littleton Development Review Planners and Civil Engineers are available by appointment only. We offer 30-minute appointments on Mondays and Thursdays to discuss topics such as Variances, Setbacks, Zoning, Grading, Floodplain, Land Use, and more.

Note: This appointment should not be used for questions related to pre-application meetings. If you have questions about Code Compliance, Building Codes, or Permits, please visit during walk-in hours or email the Permit Center: permits@littletonco.gov.

Appointment Details:

• Duration: 30 minutes (either virtual or in-person)
• Virtual Meetings: Conducted via Microsoft Teams
• In-person Meetings: Available at our office (the meeting duration remains the same)
• Arrive on time to ensure we stay on schedule
• Be mindful of the 30-minute meeting duration to respect other appointments
