Utility payments for 2025 are closed

After October 15 at 5:00 p.m., the city no longer accepts utility payments for the current year. Any unpaid balances $75 or more (for Arapahoe, Denver, and Douglas Counties) have been certified and sent to the county for collection via property taxes. (For Jefferson County, please contact Finance Dept at 303-795-3772 for the certification limit). The county treasurer could enforce any delinquent amount by placing a lien on the property; a special assessment in the amount of the balance due plus a county-imposed collection fee of 10 percent (10%) of the balance will be added to the property taxes.

The County Treasurer must be contacted after January 10 the following year for payment.

Outstanding balances below $75 will still be accepted at the City of Littleton Finance Department after October 15. Include the payment coupon or the account number with the payment. Payments, made payable to City of Littleton, may be mailed to the City of Littleton Finance Dept at 2255 W Berry Ave, Littleton, CO, 80120, made in-person at the Finance Dept, or be placed in the drop box located outside the front doors of the Littleton Center.

Acceptable payment types after October 15 are checks, money orders, or cash only.

City of Littleton Finance Dept will no longer be able to accept credit/debit cards or eChecks for utility payments after October 15 until the next billing cycle.

The City of Littleton BillPay payment portal  is the only authorized portal for making sewer/storm utility payments to the City of Littleton. Beware of third-party payment systems claiming affiliation with the city; they are not endorsed by the city in any way. Secure transactions are ensured only through the payment system linked from this official city website.
