Plans & Zoning Regulations
The City of Littleton's planning efforts and reviews are guided primarily by our zoning regulations, the Unified Land Use Code, and the Comprehensive Plan, Envision Littleton. These are the core documents planning staff will base their evaluation of projects, permits, and other applications on. They have been reviewed and adopted by the Littleton City Council. Click on the different icons below to learn more about our Land Use Code, our comprehensive plan, access our zoning map, and learn more about other adopted documents and regulations that inform development in Littleton.
Starting on Monday, February 3rd, the Permit Center will be operating under new hours. The permit center will be open for walk-ins on Mondays from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm* and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.
*No walk-ins accepted after 4:15 pm
