Agenda Item Comment Form
Citizens who are unable to attend a regular council meeting and wish to comment under the general public comment item or on a specific agenda item may submit their comments electronically using the form below.
Public comments submitted before 4 p.m. on the day of a regular city council meeting will be distributed to the city council and the appropriate staff prior to the meeting that evening. Comments received prior to the deadline on the day of the regular council meeting will be presented to the mayor and council members. Do not include any information in your comments that you do not wish to be made public.
Public comments are NOT accepted for city council special meetings or city council study sessions, as public comment is not permitted at those meetings.
NOTICE OF DISCLOSURE
Comments submitted on this form become part of the public record and subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act, (CORA) C.R.S. § 24-72-201 to 206.
