Strategic Partners

The City of Littleton partners with other economic development agencies and community organizations to promote regional relationships for the economic prosperity of the region.

Arapahoe Community College

Arapahoe Community College logo Arapahoe Community College (ACC) is the first two-year college in the greater Denver area, enrolling about 17,000 students annually. With campus locations in Littleton, and Castle Rock, we work to serve our community and workforce needs. ACC does this through our five strategic directions: student success, technology leadership, inclusive culture, collaborative partnerships, and organizational sustainability. Established in 1965, we continue our commitment to academic excellence, world-class career and technical education, personal development, and community engagement. Together, we can Move Mountains.

Arapahoe County

Arapahoe county logoWith more than 650,000 residents, Arapahoe County is one of Colorado’s fastest-growing counties, and we’re projected to be the Denver metro area’s most populous county by 2030. The County’s diversity is evident throughout, from vibrant urban, suburban, and rural communities, to an unparalleled open space and trail system, to major employment centers and a robust multimodal transportation network. The County has one of the lowest property tax mill levies in the state and only keeps 15 percent of the tax revenue we collect, to invest in County services and infrastructure; the rest goes to our 13 cities and towns, nine school districts and 450 local improvement and special service districts. As the beating heart of local and regional government, Arapahoe County serves its communities in ways both obvious and obscure, in support of our residents’ goals of preserving our quality of life in a way that honors our history while looking to the future.
